We've had our condo listed for sale for 6 months now without a single bite. I knew the worsening economy was going to effect us, but I had no idea it would be this bad. We've spent hours cleaning and "staging" and had yet another open house today with no results. It seems there is a market for houses priced to sell, but unfortunately "priced to sell" is code for "taking a loss". If we're not able to sell soon, maybe I'll call the Style Channel for a home makeover!
