The Jinx fudge factory is operational! Yesterday I made 2 batches (6 POUNDS each!) of fudge to dole out over the holidays. It was quite an undertaking....Mike was even recruited to chop nuts.
In about an hour we'll be heading off, first to visit Mike's dad and then on to visit my family in the Ozarks. It will be a whirlwind trip but we are looking forward to handing out presents and seeing our families.
